As our Business and Clientele Base has grown, we’ve found new opportunities to provide Additional Services above the Standard Real Estate Sales. After numerous Investors and Clients approached us with their need for a Trusted Professional, to oversee and manage the Rental Properties we helped them purchase, our Team answered the Challenge by creating a Property Management Department.

Our Department was grown 100% organically with a handful of Rental Properties and has Expanded Exponentially each year, to where we are today. We have been Eternally Blessed to have Loyal Clients supporting us throughout our growth.

With growth, also comes new lessons learned; laws and knowledge to apply, as well as the ability to adapt to an ever-changing industry. We felt the need to reexamine our Team’s Protocols, Procedures, and most importantly our Client’s Satisfaction.

Going back to our Number-One-Goal, as Leaders, we have asked ourselves, “Have we been – not only Upholding – but Exceeding our Core Value?” Though the New Era of our Department came with many changes, those changes have all been made to fulfill Our Mission statement; to Maximize Your Investment Objective, to provide Superior Service, and to Lead You with the Utmost Care, Integrity, and Passion.

And so it’s with great Excitement, that we are Incredibly Proud to announce our new Management Company – “Enclave Property Management.”

As we continue to Grow and Develop our new business, we’re taking this Perfect Time to make the Department it’s own Company that will add Additional Services in the very near future.
